Caravans Australia- the two words that I must say almost always go together.  I’m sure that accommodation can be a problem for a lot of people that go for a vacation especially with larger families or friends. Sometimes the accommodation may not be very good or it may be too expensive. That is why so many of my friends have chosen to connect these two words – Caravans Australia. That is probably the best way to  turn vacation days into new exiting experience. I chose that way too. I’ve bought one of the best equipped secondhand caravans and went for a journey with my family.
My experience has shown that buying used caravans or a brand new off road caravans is a long term investment that is worth the money. I own one of the second hand caravans that a good Australian caravan producing company offers, for less than four years. Last summer I’ve truly enjoined my vacation and I have two major reasons for that. My family all got together for this trip and the second; we have visited a lot of places that I have always wanted to see, in two weeks time and most importantly, on the budget. When I was a teenager I’ve missed an opportunity to visit Uluru (Ayers Rock) for I got  ill one day before the excursion, so I thought this is a chance to see it now.
Our journey started with Lakeside Holiday Park Narrabeen because it’s only an hour from Sydney. It’s a beautiful place nested between lake and the ocean and we spent two days there. The second destination was Scheyville National Park and we’ve really enjoyed because it’s quiet area with not too many tourists. The camping was not allowed, so we were forced to camp nearby Cattai National Park which is a beautiful park with great walking tracks. We made barbecue there because it’s also a good place for picnic. I love the mountains so much and our next move was the Blue Mountains. There were inspiring eco forests that left us breathless. The next place that we visited It’s one of the best National Landscape. It’s Adelaide’s Flinders Ranges. They are the one of largest mountain range in the South Australia.
We visited many places where we stopped by, until we arrived to our final destination. But let’s short the story. After ten days of traveling an enjoying our vacation, at last we were at Ayers Rock. I was so excited and the girls too. There’s nothing better than a great vacation with your family. For three days we had the chance to explore the whole area and the tour ticket includes three days pass. We visited a few rock caves and viewed some ancient paintings. This place has a great historical meaning for the culture of the Aborigines and that’s one of the reasons why it’s so mystical. The other reason is that it’s a big red rock in the middle of a desert and its color is changing according the changes of the weather. When the sun is shining, especially on sunset it turns red and when it’s raining it is getting darker.  
During our vacation we’ve saved a lot of money because we’ve never ate in restaurants so we’ve took a lot of food supplies and stored in the rv caravans fridge, and for the cooking we used full stove and oven within the caravan. Not to mention how Caravans Australia saved me a lot of money for we weren’t sleeping in hotels or motels. That was our last year’s vacation, we haven’t  decided where to go this summer  but there’s no doubt that I’ll travel with my caravan, there are still unvisited places in Australia waiting for me.
