Campbell Cove RV Resort Policies

PARK SPEED LIMIT: 10 MPH
VEHICLES: Vehicles and watercraft must fit on your space, no personal vehicle washing, commercial vehicle and RV washing services are available
CHECK IN: 1:00 PM - CHECK OUT: 12:00 NOON
RV REQUIREMENTS: All RV's must be RVIA approved, self contained units. It is highly recommended that you use the water-pressure regulators.
NO SUBLETTING: No subletting of RV's allowed!
QUIET HOURS: 10 PM to 7 AM - excessive noise during daytime hours is prohibited. Please be kind to your neighbors.
SWIMMING POOL: No glass containers permitted, children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, NO DOGS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA!
REST ROOM AND SHOWERS: OPEN 24 HOURS a DAY for our guest's convenience
CLUBHOUSE: Pool table and darts are for adults only, children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult while in the clubhouse, NO PETS ALLOWED IN CLUBHOUSE
NON-SMOKING: All buildings are non-smoking
TRASH: Please use plastic bags with ties and place all trash in the dumpster near the RV Park Office
SEWER CONNECTIONS: All sewer connections must be sealed per Mohave County Health Department regulations
PROPANE: Is on site, see office for details, gas is nearby
SKATEBOARDS & SCOOTERS: Prohibited in the resort
SIGNS: No signs or advertising allowed in the resort without management approval
USE OF FACILITIES: Management reserves the right to restrict the use of the clubhouse or any other facility as to hours, purpose, and conduct
LIABILITIES: All facilities are used at your own risk. The equipment, apparatus and facilities are furnished solely for the convenience of registered guests only. All other persons using the same, do so at their own risk. The management and owners will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property by theft, wind or act of God.
Pet Rules:
- Limit of Two Pets for Base Rates
- Pets Are To Be Kept On A Leash At All Times
- Pets Are Not Allowed In The Horseshoe Pits, Pool Area, Clubhouse or Game Areas
- You Must Clean Up After Your Pets In The Resort And Surrounding Areas
- Aggressive Breeds Not Allowed - Pit Bulls - Doberman Pinscher - Rottweiler

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY POLICIES, RULES AND GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN YOUR LEAVING THE RESORT WITHOUT ANY REFUND AND FUTURE RESERVATIONS WILL BE CANCELED
